Shipping Policy

We're committed to getting your order to you quickly and safely. Please review our shipping policy below.

1. Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday – Friday, excluding public holidays. Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing before shipment. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

2. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to the contiguous United States. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, Alaska, or Hawaii at this time.

3. Shipping Carriers

We ship via trusted carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx, depending on your location and the size of your order.

4. Shipping Costs & Delivery Times

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
  • Free shipping is available on qualifying orders — the threshold will be shown at checkout.
  • Estimated delivery: 5–10 business days after processing for most items (hats, sunglasses, fitness accessories, health aids, portable electronics, etc.).

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or peak seasons.

5. Packaging

All items are carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery:

  • Accessories & apparel (hats, cycling caps, sunglasses): poly-bagged or boxed with protective padding.
  • Fitness equipment (pilates rings, resistance bands, pedal trainers): securely boxed with foam or bubble wrap.
  • Health aids & electronics (ankle braces, folding canes, portable juicers): boxed in original manufacturer packaging with protective inserts.

6. Damaged in Transit

Please inspect your package upon arrival.

  • Visible damage: Note it with the carrier at the time of delivery and contact us immediately.
  • Concealed damage: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damaged item and packaging. Keep all original packaging until the claim is resolved.

We will arrange a replacement or refund for items confirmed damaged in transit.

7. Lost or Missing Packages

If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, please:

  1. Check with neighbors and around your property.
  2. Contact your local post office or carrier.
  3. Reach out to us if the issue is unresolved — we'll investigate and assist.

8. Order Changes & Cancellations

Need to change or cancel your order? Contact us within 24 hours of placing it. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled or modified.
