Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we're here to make it easy. Please read our policy below before initiating a return or exchange.

Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. Requests made after 30 days will not be accepted.

Eligible Items

To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in original condition — unworn, unwashed, and free of odors, stains, or signs of use.
  • In original packaging — with all tags, accessories, and documentation included.
  • Not a hygiene-sensitive item — see Non-Returnable Items below.

Non-Returnable Items

For health and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged once opened or used:

  • Ankle braces, knee supports, and other body-contact health aids
  • Resistance bands and fitness accessories that have been used
  • Portable juicers and food-contact items that have been used
  • Items marked "Final Sale," "Clearance," or "As-Is"
  • Items damaged due to misuse, improper care, or accidents

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact us within 30 days of delivery to request a Return Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA will not be accepted.
  2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging with all included parts and accessories.
  3. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping service. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or we made an error.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund or exchange within 5–10 business days.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply to certain items.

Exchanges

We're happy to exchange eligible items for a different size or color, subject to availability. Please contact us to confirm stock before shipping your item back.

Damaged or Defective Items

Inspect your order immediately upon arrival. If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging

We will arrange a free replacement, part shipment, or full refund at no cost to you.

Missing Items or Incorrect Orders

If your order is missing an item or you received the wrong product, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll resolve it promptly at no charge.
